INVITATION FOR BIDS
NORWALK TRANSIT DISTRICT
Bus Storage, Maintenance, and Administrative Facility Renovation Project Number: NTD 2022-04
Sealed Bids (one (1) original, two (2) copies, one (1) electronic copy) for Bus Storage, Maintenance, and Administrative Facility Renovation to the Norwalk Transit District facility, located at 275 Wilson Avenue, in Norwalk, CT 06854 will be received by the District at its office located at 275 Wilson Avenue, in Norwalk, CT until 12:00 p.m. local time on December 15, 2022 and then at that place, date and time publicly opened and read aloud.
This project consists of the phased interior alterations and additions to the existing Bus Storage, Maintenance, and Administrative Facility, located at 275 Wilson Avenue, in Norwalk.
Bids will be for a single contract and shall include all general conditions, preparation, construction and close- out work.
All bidders shall submit with their quotations, acceptable bid security in the amount of 5% of their bid.
All bidders will be required to execute a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate on the prescribed form which is part of the Bid Form.
Successful bidders shall provide Owner with Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond in the prescribed form in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids. Bidding Documents:
